Donation Form

Silver Resorts' loves to participate with organizations in their fundraising efforts, especially non-profits. In our effort to help raise funds, we require proof of an organization's event, non-profit status, if applicable and the purpose of the fundraising. Once we review your request, we will follow up with the contact person and provide a gift certificate for no more than two nights, valid Sunday - Thursday, blackout dates will apply, there will be an expiration date and the winner of the gift certificate will have to pay applicable taxes.
